Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-09-13
These terms cover your use of Wardrobe. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What Wardrobe is
Wardrobe shows you clothing from third-party retailers, learns what you like from the choices you make, and highlights items that are discounted. We do not sell anything. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site, under their terms, and your order, payment, delivery and returns are between you and them.
Prices and availability are not promises
Prices, discounts, sizes, stock and condition are copied from retailers periodically and can be wrong or out of date by the time you look. Secondhand items are usually one of a kind and may sell before you reach them. Where we describe a used item as being under its new price, that comparison is the retailer's own statement about what the item cost when new — not a claim that it was ever sold here at a higher price.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page; what that removes is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, other users, or the retailers we link to.
Stylists
A stylist can only see your taste profile and saved items if you accept their request, and you can withdraw that at any time from your profile page. If you are a stylist, treat what you can see about a client as theirs, not yours.
What is ours and what is theirs
Product names, images, descriptions and brands belong to the retailers and brands they come from, and appear here to help you find them. The rest of the service — its design, its code and the recommendations it produces — is ours. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute it.
The service is provided as it is
Wardrobe is offered without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, accurate, or that its recommendations will suit you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it — including anything you buy from a retailer you found here.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so in the service before it takes effect. Continuing to use Wardrobe after that means you accept the new version.
