Deleting your data

Last updated 2026-09-13

Do it yourself, immediately

Sign in, open your profile, and use Delete my account under Your data. You will be asked to type DELETE, and then it happens at once — there is no queue and no waiting period.

The same page has Download my data, which you may want to use first, because deletion cannot be undone.

What gets destroyed

  • Your account, name and email address
  • Every sign-in method attached to it, including any Google, Facebook or Apple connection
  • Your filters — price range, sizes, condition and source preferences
  • The taste model built from your swipes
  • Every swipe you have ever made
  • Your saved items and their notes
  • Your stylist relationships, in both directions
  • Every lookbook you sent or received, including the notes on each item

Our database keeps point-in-time backups for up to 30 days, so a deleted account can persist in a backup until that window passes. Backups exist to recover from failure and are never used to restore an individual account.

If you cannot sign in

Some accounts cannot reach the button — for example if you signed in with Apple and later turned off the private relay address, or if your provider gave us no email address at all. In that case write to privacy@neur0xd.com from the address you used, or tell us the provider and the name on the account, and we will delete it and confirm within 30 days.

Disconnecting a provider instead

Removing Wardrobe from your Facebook, Google or Apple account settings stops that provider signing you in, but it does not by itself delete what we hold. Use the button above, or write to us, if that is what you want.
