Privacy Policy

What we hold

• Your account — name, email address if you have one, your role, and when it was created.
• How you sign in — either a hashed password, or the account identifier a provider gives us when you use Google, Facebook or Apple. We never see your password at those providers.
• Your filters — price range, what you want shown, your sizes, whether you want new or secondhand, and the lowest condition you will accept.
• Every swipe — which item, which way, and when.
• Saved items, and any note you attached.
• A taste model we infer from your swipes: a set of weights over things like colour, cut, fabric, brand and price band. This is the most revealing thing on file, and you can read it — yours is shown to you on your profile page.
• Stylist relationships, if you accept one, and any lookbooks sent to or by you.

Profiling, stated plainly

Wardrobe builds a profile of your taste automatically from your behaviour and uses it to decide what to show you. That is the product. It affects the order of clothes on a page — it is not used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you, and there is no automated decision-making of that kind here. You can see exactly what the model has learned, and reset it, from your profile page.

Why we are allowed to

We process your account details to provide the service you asked for. We build the taste model on the basis of our legitimate interest in making a recommendation service work at all — it is the thing you came for, it uses only what you did inside the app, and you can turn it off by resetting it or deleting your account.

Who else sees it

• A stylist, only if you accept them. They then see your taste profile and your saved items. You can withdraw that at any time from your profile page, and they lose access immediately.
• Cloudflare, who host the service and store its database on our behalf.
• Your sign-in provider, if you use one — they know you signed in here.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

Two, both strictly necessary and neither used for tracking: one keeps you signed in, and one holds a short-lived token during a sign-in through Google, Facebook or Apple. That second one lasts ten minutes and is destroyed the moment it is used.

Getting your data, and getting rid of it

Both are self-service on your profile page for shoppers and stylists. Vendor-manager accounts cannot reach that page, and some accounts signed in through a provider have no address we can match — for those, and for anything else, write to privacy@neur0xd.com and see deleting your data.

• Download gives you a file containing everything listed above, including the raw taste model and every swipe.
• Delete removes your account, your filters, your taste model, every swipe, your saved items, your stylist links, the sign-in methods attached to you, and every lookbook you sent or received. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Server logs. Our host records request metadata — timing, status and the occasional diagnostic line, which for a failed sign-in includes which provider failed and why. These are kept briefly for reliability and are not used to build any profile of you.

One caveat we would rather state than hide: our database keeps point-in-time backups for up to 30 days, so a deleted account can persist in a backup until that window passes. Backups are used only to recover from failure, never to restore an individual account.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how we handle your data, and to receive it in a portable form. The two buttons above cover access, portability and deletion immediately. For anything else, write to privacy@neur0xd.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
